KINGDOM DEI PROJECTS
United States Projects
Our projects across the United States mobilize Kingdom leaders in government, business, education, and the Church. On-site activities include city transformation cohorts, prayer summits, and marketplace think tanks that release innovative solutions to cultural challenges.
TRANSFORMING LEADERS — EMPOWERING NATIONS
Kingdom DEI Ministries & Transformation Academy (KDMTA)
Advancing Covenant Justice
KDMTA is committed to equipping leaders, ambassadors, and transformation agents through a Kingdom-values-based lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We believe racial, cultural, gender, and socio-economic diversity reflect the divine design of God's Kingdom, and that unity in diversity is essential for His purpose on earth. Through biblical education, covenant justice, and apostolic governance frameworks, KDMTA seeks to dismantle systems of white supremacy, structural racism, and exclusion, while advancing reconciliation and righteous leadership rooted in the Word of God.
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." — Galatians 3:28
Key Programs & Activities
Ambassador Training Schools
KDMTA is developing multi-tier training pathways — from Certificate to Doctorate — designed to raise Ambassadors in areas such as: Ambassador of Apostolic Government, Ambassador of Covenant Justice, and Ambassador of Kingdom Alignment. Each track integrates biblical, theological, leadership, and cultural-justice modules, preparing leaders to serve as reformers in both church and society.
"He made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth." — Revelation 5:10
Transformation Academy Microschools
On a grassroots level, KDMTA operates microschools, leadership hubs, and training institutes across the U.S. These centers engage pastors, marketplace executives, youth, and community advocates through interactive Bible study, leadership development, and mentoring.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…" — Matthew 28:19
DEI-Rooted Teaching & Curriculum
The ministry develops educational materials — including teaching guides, handouts, PowerPoints, and social media carousels — addressing Kingdom-centered DEI topics such as: Dismantling racism through covenant identity, the 'mixed multitude' in Exodus, and the prophetic symbolism of Esau and systems of supremacy.
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2
Public Outreach & Digital Engagement
Using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Zoom, KDMTA hosts live classes, youth forums, Ambassador gatherings, and global prayer meetings. The ministry builds bridges with nations — including Africa and Pakistan — while focusing on transformation within the United States.
"The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea." — Habakkuk 2:14
Community Transformation & Cultural Engagement
Local chapters of KDMTA partner with churches and civic leaders to promote inclusive leadership, racial reconciliation, and Kingdom-based civic engagement. Members are encouraged to become 'Kingdomcrats' — voting and leading not by political loyalty but by Kingdom conviction and justice.
"Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." — Matthew 6:33
What Makes KDMTA Distinctive
Biblically Rooted DEI
Our approach flows from covenant, not culture — building unity in Christ rather than conformity to the world.

Structured ambassadorial training ensures sustainable transformation through equipped leaders.
Cross-Domain Reach
