Biography--- Dr. Kevin R. Gibbs
Dr. Kevin R. Gibbs is a distinguished global entrepreneur, apostolic leader, and former United States Air Force veteran with more than four decades of combined experience in international business, ministry, and community development. A native of Youngstown, Ohio, he currently resides on the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, Mississippi. Dr. Gibbs serves as Chief Ambassador to the Nations and Founder & CEO of Symposium Enterprises LLC, operating under Right Place Right Price Autohaus—a rapidly expanding automotive and real estate enterprise built on principles of excellence, integrity, and Kingdom stewardship.
Dr. Gibbs honorably served 20 years in the United States Air Force, with strategic assignments across South Korea, Ramstein Air Base (Germany), Okinawa (Japan), and Prince Sultan Air Base (Saudi Arabia). During these international deployments, he developed extensive expertise in global logistics, supply chain operations, and multicultural leadership. It was also during this time that he began buying and selling vehicles in Japan and Germany, gaining early mastery in international automotive sourcing and resale markets—long before the rise of digital global auto trade—laying the foundation for his future success in automotive import, export, and dealership operations.
Upon retiring from military service at Travis Air Force Base in 2001, Dr. Gibbs transitioned into the private sector, where he established and managed multiple successful ventures. These included Pinnacle Home Finance (Mortgage & Real Estate Brokerage), 3 Minute Vehicle Registration Services, and Right Place Right Price Autohaus, a Biloxi-based dealership known for innovative financing solutions and community-centered customer service.
During this season, Dr. Gibbs was appointed as the first Chaplain over the inaugural permanent supportive housing project for veterans at Mather Veterans Village, located on the former Mather Air Force Base in Rancho Cordova, California. This historic development consisted of 150 housing units and was among the earliest large-scale permanent housing initiatives for formerly homeless veterans. In this role, he oversaw the spiritual welfare, pastoral care, and quality-of-life advocacy for resident veterans, collaborating closely with administrators and service providers to ensure dignified living conditions and holistic support for successful reintegration.
Dr. Gibbs' global work has extended across Africa, including automotive acquisition and import collaborations in Zambia and real estate development initiatives in Kenya focused on sustainable land use and affordable housing. In 2017, he further expanded his international impact by launching a Tilapia fish farming project in Africa to promote food security, job creation, and local economic empowerment—demonstrating his commitment to sustainable, community-driven enterprise.
In parallel with his business leadership, Dr. Gibbs is a respected Apostolic voice, educator, and mentor. He has served in pastoral and leadership capacities across multiple nations and is the visionary founder of Kingdom DEI Ministries and Transformation Academy. Through this mandate, he is commissioned to establish Kingdom culture and legislative reformation through education, business, and faith-based leadership. His teaching and ministry reach spans the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Dr. Gibbs' contributions have been widely recognized through numerous honors, including Special Congressional Recognition; commendations from the California State Senate and House of Representatives; the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors; The American Legion Certificate of Appreciation; Veterans Resource Center of America Certificates of Appreciation (2018–2019); and induction into the International Educators Hall of Fame at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
Academically, Dr. Gibbs holds a Degree in Professional Aeronautics, a Bachelor's degree in Theology, a Master's degree in Biblical Studies, and a Doctorate in Theology from Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College. He continues to lead transformative initiatives that bridge faith, enterprise, and governance—advancing sustainable and Kingdom-centered impact across the United States, Africa, and the global community.
